Ordering
Ordering from us couldn’t be easier, we appreciate how “difficult” it is to fit your exact requirements into a fixed form so as well as the website we are happy to accept order via email or snail mail , any “layout “ is fine as long as we know:
> Style of rosette you would like
> How many you need
> Number of tiers
> Colour of tiers
> Whether you would like digital or traditional foiled centres.
> The details you would like on the centre
> Tail printing details (if applicable)
> Contact and Delivery details
> The date you require the order for
We will confirm your order as soon as possible after receipt

Printing
Your event details/name is included in the rosette cost,and will run around the perimeter of the centre along with the relevant positions, we can also include a stock logo in the middle of the centre, at no extra charge, these include,
> A horse head
> Jumping horse
> Dressage horse
> Pony club
> Paw print
> A Chicken
> A rabbit
> Celebration cakes etc, etc, etc
We are able to print in many colour foils, unless another colour is requested we will always print in metallic gold
Full digital colour centres are available, please just enquire
For orders over £150 we are happy to include your own logo , again at no additional cost, for orders
under £150 there will be a £10 setting up charge
Ordering process
> We aim to get your order to you at least a week before your event date.
> To help us do this please allow plenty of time (4-5 working weeks) especially March to September*
> Please check all spellings and make sure you have ordered all the rosettes you need.
> If you need any help please let us know as we are here to help and advise.
> Please note all orders under £30.00 will incur a £5.00 small order charge in addition to any other applicable charges.
If you make multiple small orders , taking your combined orders to over £30 per year the small order charge will not be applied.
